this is YOU trusting ME to design your Bible start to finish! i pick the design, i pick the version, i pick the verse & you get a surprise 🥳 including but not limited to: designs i have already tried & have available in my shop designs i have not yet tried designs i already have in my shop but with varying verses & colors super crazy designs that i have floating around in my mind! as much as i LOVE seeing your ideas come to life, lately i have been experimenting with many MANY new designs & techniques, my head could also explode with how many new ideas i have flooding in for new themes. there is nothing quite like an order where someone says "surprise me" giving me the freedom to explore color schemes, use different brushes, try out unique textures, patterns or take a chance to try different nature scenes. each time i branch out, i grow! but most importantly, most of these "artistic freedom" orders are how each of my themed Bibles were born, & i can't put a price on that. i LOVE to see more names, more life stories & more people's faces bring glory to our God as they are attached to the Bibles i paint & send out around the world! i want to show my appreciation for those of you who trust me enough to give my artistic mind the freedom to design your Bible from cover to cover! 🌸🌸🌸 BUT, the deal is, if you order this Bible, you are giving me 100% artistic freedom from start to finish, designing this for you!! so no questions or requests please. if you want to customize your Bible, i have so many awesome options in my shop to accommodate your beautiful requests that i love to receive & see come to life! but this one's for those who trust me to design for them, no questions asked🥳 . IF you have a specific translation you prefer, add on the "alternative translation" listing to your order & tell me what version you'd like! it may even be one of my semi compact Bibles you get! (not a journaling!) otherwise, translation will be a surprise :) . . so, the question is, do you trust me!? 😉 and no sneak peeks :) *All Sparrows & Wildflowers Bibles are painted upon order. Because each item is custom and made to order, no returns of refunds will be accepted unless there is an error on my end (as with any handmade items, this has happened a handful of times!) IF an error is to occur such as a typo, different verse than you requested or omission of one of your specific requests, please communicate with me & i will be HAPPY to provide you with the means to ship it back to me so I can fix it! Florals/Backsdrops will vary slightly in color from the listing photos as they are blended while wet & filters are at times added for aesthetic purposes. No two bibles are ever exactly the same, yours will be unique and totally YOU! If an item is promised by a certain date, & does not arrive by that date due to an error at the post office Sparrows & Wildflowers cannot be held liable. Shipping is unfortunately out of my hands as soon as I bring it to the post office. I provide tracking on all of my items for that reason. *SPINE DOODLES: available in my shop for only $20 as an add on to your Bible purchase! a spine doodle covers all 3 sides of the outsides of the pages) SOME of you may receive a small surprise spine doodle, small or large, on one or more section of the spine pages if an accident happens & a little spot of paint gets on the spine pages. **NOTED** PLEASE SPECIFY if you would NOT like ANY doodles on your spine pages so i can take necessary precautions to prevent them. i am not liable to replace if you don’t like the spine after you have received it. thank you for understanding :)

florals/backdrops will vary slightly in color from the listing photos as they are blended while wet & filters are at times added for aesthetic purposes. also due to certain lighting/phone/computer screens, we may be seeing colors uniquely different.
no two bibles are ever exactly the same, yours will be unique and totally YOU!

if an item is promised by a certain date, & does not arrive by that date due to an error at the post office Sparrows & Wildflowers cannot be held liable. shipping is unfortunately out of my hands as soon as i bring it to the post office, although i wish i could hand deliver each one! i provide tracking on all of my items for that reason. 
the processing time for your order does not include weekends or holidays, it also doesn’t include shipping time once your order is in the mail.
also, with tracking… the post office sometimes does not scan the packages along the way.

don’t be alarmed if it looks like your package hasn’t moved since its shipping day, as that is very common. i am a one woman show working around the clock to get orders out in a timely manner. these Bibles are in high demand so i really appreciate your patience and understanding with all these shipping announcements.

i do try to get each order out as quickly as possible. you can follow along for updates by signing up for text/e,ail notifications connected to your tracking number as soon as i print your label & when i ship, you’ll see that package number moving & grooving!

care instructions

i always say to all my guests in the shop, absolutely handle with care. i would not suggest leaving this bible out in the rain or scratching at the design or leaving it in the car or outside in less than 30 degree weather….. or in the hands of a two year old ha!

as with any handmade item, there is always the risk of imperfections as you use and love on this Bible over time.

however, my passion that ignited the fire to start this business is the desire that women would grow more in love with the Word of God. i do not intend to sell these beautiful works of art to sit on a shelf and be house decor. we have enough “shelf bibles” in our blessed, free country!

my desire is that women would take this bible everywhere they go and OVERUSE it! i like to see women’s bibles full of notes, highlighted and LIVED IN, loved on. after years of use, every one of my Bibles grow to accumulate imperfections that make this personal Book my own! my desire is that this Bible would be taken everywhere with you.

…and if that means walking in the rain with your Bible to go share the love of Christ with someone who needs Him, i have prepared for that! i cover each Bible with multiple coats of paint finish/sealer to ensure you that whether it’s few raindrops, an accidental drop to the ground as you give someone a hug, or setting your prayer journal on top of it as you ride in the car... none of these things will ruin it!

i want you to enjoy this work of art for years to come! 


with all this being said, i still do not suggest scratching at the design and caring for the Word of God as something precious! just as i would also suggest not using pens as book marks, as the binding is subject to ripping. unfortunately i don’t have a product i’ve run over with a car (napoleon dunamite reference) or dropped off a building for crash tests 😂

 BUT i do have multiple women at my church who have ordered my product that I see them using each sunday and wednesday... and the Bible’s are holding up just wonderfully and in great shape :)
